1. Cut down on the amount of heat you expose your hair to. If possible completely avoid it. Heat saps the life out of our hair.
2. Deep condition at least twice a month to strengthen your hair. This will help your hair be more resilient to breakage. Depp conditioning provides a balance of both moisture and protein.
3. Moisturize your hair daily. Cold season saps our hair of moisture.
4. Keep your hair in protective styles more. Tuck those ends away.
5. Trim your hair regularly. Just before winter and after. You don’t want those weak ends causing havoc!
6. Read the labels and avoid toxic ingredients.

7. Use your fingers or a wide toothed comb to detangle your hair. This will reduce breakage.
8. Ensure your diet includes, veggies, fruit, lean meat and fish. Remember to stay hydrated despite it being cold.
